    I would have to disagree with number 3. First of all if there is a conference going on that I am not at, most of the time I would love to hear what is going on. Take #passion2010 for example. Happening right now in Atlanta, GA. I am unable to attend, but can follow along with everything going on there like it's happening in front of my face. Great use for twitter IMHO.

    If we all followed these rules Twitter would take on a whole new roll in culture. As of now Twitter is like going to a thrift store. You need to sift through the crap to find the pearls. Lets hope these become the 10 commandments of Twitter.
