She is very emergent Christianity, but at the same time knows her history. She came into Christian writing from the critic/publisher side, and researched how Christianity is shaped by culture and how culture is shaped by Christianity, and how the world now is in the midst of a paradigm shift of emergent Christianity.

From what I've heard, it's really a good challenge on knowing the basics beyond what you see and physically get at church.

Hear it from the man, himself.

Yaconelli is so good. He's the soul food of Christian literature. Read "Messy Spirituality" as soon as you can after "Dangerous Wonder"

Just finished: "Your Money Counts" by Howard Dayton
Reading now: "The Smartest Investment Book You'll Ever Read" by Daniel Solin (notice a theme?)
Can't wait to read: "Following Jesus" by NT Wright (been on my wishlist forever, so backlogged with books though)

Justin - is "Younger Evangelicals" a must-read, or simply a good read?
