PROOF

When God inspired Solomon (and others) to write Proverbs, I firmly believe the mantra for this book was “Kick everyone’s booty with face-melting goodness and truth.” Sheesh.

I’m still thinking about this beaut from earlier today:

It is pleasant to see dreams come true, but fools refuse to turn from evil to attain them.

This proves two things:

  1. God is all for people having dreams. Big dreams. And he even wants them to come true. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
  2. We can do dumb stuff to inhibit those dreams from coming to pass.

Everyone’s got dreams. The question is, will you allow God to allow you to attain them? God’s default position seems to be wanting to allow our dreams to see the light of day. Isn’t that brilliant?

Find out what’s breaking down the good–find the evil–in your life and ask God to replace it with his divine opposite. Then watch what God does.
