Lutherans Love Kitchens… And Signs
For those of you who don’t know, I’m finishing up my Masters of Divinity at Bethel Seminary in St. Paul. I have to come up for “intensives” every so often and I’ve been up here for the past week studying. I’m staying in a converted dorm on Luther Seminary’s campus, which is a stone’s throw away from Bethel.
All that to say, take a look at what I found in the kitchen last night. Let me say this: Lutherans love kitchens. Lutherans love signs. Lutherans love kitchen signs. Enjoy:


That is one of my pet peeves – I guess they can be helpful – but I've seen them used in some passive aggressive ways and have been known to do some passive aggressive removing signs when nobody is looking

I'm using the word 'awesome' about that.
I know, right? My favorite sign was the forlorn looking cartoon man telling me to clean up the table. People doodled on his face … Rightly so.

Mennonite Baptist, who attended a non-denominational school with Presbyterian roots, but I won't hold it against you. :>) That's a lot of signs……!
